I work with attorneys on a daily basis, so I feel I have a good understanding of how many of them act and function in their day to day operations. Financial hardships fell on my family, and I placed 3 calls to 3 separate attorneys. In all 3 calls, I was not able to get a hold of the attorney. Dwayne ...was the only attorney that returned my call. In fact, he returned my call that same day, after hours, even though I called his office after hours. He apologized for calling me back at a later time, but explained that he understood that this was a high priority for me. That was the first reason why I decided to work with him. As we went through the process of getting my case outlined, and filed, Dwayne never missed a step. He was always honest, completely open to the possibilities of what we could expect to happen, and what we needed to do to make our case bullet proof (being completely honest and open about our situation; no shady stuff). He and his staff were always there for either me or my wife, and answered all of our questions explicitly. He worked with us at every step, and made it as stress-less as filing bankruptcy can be. I don't think you can find a better bankruptcy attorney in Arizona. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
