Rory Dylan Flay

In law school, Rory Flay worked for nonprofits handling family law issues related to the Indian Child Welfare Act. This experience shaped his career, as he witnessed the impact that court decisions have on families’ lives.

Rory finds crafting succinct legal pleadings and conducting argument in court professionally fulfilling. However, he always remembers that the human side of his job matters the most. In both the courtroom and through his written advocacy, Rory focuses on the real-life impact on his clients’ lives.

Rory grew up splitting his time between the East Coast and West Coast. He’s an outdoorsman who enjoys biking, hiking, and camping. He loves to cook and has a Border Collie named Pasta.
