Review of Thomas Phelan

I was in traffic Court for a serious trumped up charge of 2nd degree negligent driving that was issued by "Truck Driver Hater" Patrolman. This citation would have damaged my ability to have any gainful employment of any kind, never mind truck driving. I caught the attention of Mr. Phelan after he ...won a case for a client, and asked if he would consider to represent me before he returned to his office. I had reason to suspect after observing the Judge in one other case, that he might not be as fair to me as he should be if I did not have representation. In a short period of time Mr. Phelan reviewed my evidence, and was able to determine that my citation was clearly unjust. Several minutes later, he had my citation dismissed. I think he has great skills and abilities, and I will remain very thankful to him for the professional and prompt manner in which he helped me.
