Kris has been excellent in handling my case. Very professional, responsive, and down to earth. I felt like he genuinely cared about my circumstance and wanted to find the best possible outcome, which he did. The results he was able to achieve for me were actually shockingly good. Please note: the n...egative reviews written about him are typically from very mentally unstable people who don’t know their left shoe from their right. I can safely say with sound mind that I would highly recommend his services. He will absolutely go the extra mile for you and he knows his stuff.

An Amazing Lawyer

When the mother of my son had me arrested for false domestic violence charges and then kidnapped him to Washington from California state, she filed a restraining order keeping me from our son. He was 3 at the time and had been with me every day. The stories she submitted to the court were meritless a...nd lies. I hired Kris and he looked at the case from a very judicial stand point, arguing that Washington had no jurisdiction over me in California. The opposing attorney made all types of stories up about me with no proof and instead of getting sucked into an argument, Kris stuck to the law. A temp judge made a decision that Washington had jurisdiction over me in California despite the very clear law and requirements that had not been met. He purposefully made the judge repeat herself and asked her to explain. Shortly after this he submitted a motion for reconsideration and a commissioner (highest level superior judge) reviewed it and agreed with Kris, that Washington had no jurisdiction. The restraining order was rescinded and as a result after 102 days I was able to get my son back. This was one of the worst times of my life and every day was a nightmare. Kris communicated in a way that helped me handle it and gave me trust in him. He did me more than one favor over the course of the months that I had him on retainer. He could of treated me differently because I was in California but instead he went out of his way to fight for me and my son. I can't thank him enough or recommend him enough. We need more lawyers like Kris in this country.

Best DUI Lawyer

I had a recent DUI and they were asking for 30 days jail. I hired Kris and they dismissed the charge at the next court appearance. Kris also helped my friend a year ago with her DUI. He's very easy to talk to and honest about the process. Couldn't recommend him enough

Best Attorney!

I was arrested over the summer on a DUI and I was devastated. I called Kris and he walked me through everything really patiently and professionally. Kris gave me the best and worst case scenario and was very honest about the situation. He got the charge reduced to a speeding ticket with no jail or... license suspension and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend him.
