Philip is a Washington native and spent his childhood in the Pacific Northwest. In 2011, Philip joined the US NAVY as an aircraft technician; once retiring from service, Philip became an investigator for the railway. He later discovered his passion for Law and criminal justice. Philip graduated from Lewis and Clark College and has been steadily rising as one of Vancouver, Washington's top defense attorneys.

Great job, calm attorney, easy to talk to
Hired him after I got stuck with a horrible public defender. Phil took the case to trial and won. I was acquitted. He did a good job showing that the police and district attorney were biased and lying

Look no further!
Mr. Ard handled a family law matter for me and did so exceptionally well. He was able to get the case dismissed and did so with class and grace. He did not have a fixed mindset and demonstrated excellent capabilities to think and speak effectively on his feet.

Best you can get for your money
I had philip ard as my lawyer and he was absolutely chilled and did an absolutely great job. It can not get any better. I hope i don’t need him anymore but would take him for sure.
