Waste of Money
I would not recommend attorney Kim Hunter to represent you in any legal dispute. While looking at the other reviews here on avvo, Kim seems like a great attorney, but my experience with her proved otherwise. She showed little compassion for me as i dealt with my 1st DUI. Replied last January 26, 2015Unfortunately this particular client was completely unrealistic and in denial about his situation. I met with this several times and spoke on the phone numerous times to try and explain his options. He simply would not hear them or believe in my experience and training, he takes a lot of responsibility for this. I lowered his fee, gave him a refund of $250, wrote a brief to the DOL and paid his expert fees for him. He called other attorneys, one of whom called me and informed me. This is a case where no outcome but a straight dismissal would have made him happy. With an accident and twice the legal limit I didn't see that happening in this climate we are in. I waived the rest of his fee and suggested he get another attorney as he clearly didn't want me. I worked very hard for this client but it did not satisfy him. I take exception to this negative review.
