DUI Trial Case
Scot was my defense attorney for a DUI case. We were offered a deal which did not seem fair to me because, Why should I agree to something which I did not commit? So we went to trial. Scott was very well prepared and he treated this case as if it were his own personal case. We wont this case with a non guilty Verdict.

Outstanding
I called Scott just about a week before my court date, And he took me in right away. I sat on his office and told my story, he listened and ask me questions. He got up, called the prosecutor, went to his computer check my record, Called the prosecutor again.... And I thought , he is doing this for me and I have not even hire him. I am from another country , so, he also called a Inmigration lawyer a request a info. In how would this case would affect my Inmigration status.. It was till next day when I signed a contract with his firm. Best choice ever made. Did I also mention that he was very affordable ? I called other lawyers before him and I honestly could not affor. Thanks Scott Stewart.

Amazing Criminal Defense Law
Scott is an amazing criminal defense lawyer Scott represented me on a charge of Driving With Suspended in the First Degree, Habitual Traffic Offender. He was amazing, confident and thorough. After reviewing the discovery, Scott advised me that we had a legitimate basis to have the case dimissed. He then drafted legal pleadings and set the case for a motion. At the hearing Scott had tremendous command of the courtroom. He cross-examined the arresting officer, pointing out the weaknesses in his testimony. He then aggressively argued the case to the judge, and the judge granted the motionfor dismissal. I am a licensed, insured driver, with a job that allows me to support a family. Without Scott's amazing help i was facing an additional lengthy suspension, jail time, and the obvious impacts on my work and family. Scott did a tremendous job on my case, and I recommend him without reservation.

Scott is a Fantastic DUI Defense Lawyer
Scott is an amazing criminal defense attorney who I have retained on a number of occasions over the years. Most recently, I hired Scott as I was facing a review hearing on a DUI from 2004. This review was set as a result of an alleged new DUI in 2006, for which I had a warrant for my arrest, as well as another alleged DUI in 2009, Scott was initially successful in getting the 2006 DUI dismissed. This was followed by a hearing on the 2004 DUI where he argued that the court's jursidiction had expired, and that the case should be closed. The court agreed, and the case was closed. Most recently, this past summer, we went to a jury trial on the 2009 DUI. Scott did a tremendous job crossing examining the arresting officer, and arguing my case to the jury. He was confident, professional and extraordinarily persuasive. As you may have guessed, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. Essentially, in a matter of a few short months, with Scott's representation, I went from expecting to lose my job, home, car and other possessions, to again being a working, productive member of the community. I do not plan to ever again be in a situation where I need a criminal defense lawyer, but for those who do, Scott Stewart is the type of lawyer that they should want representing them. I completely recommend him, without any reservation.

Scott Stewart, Professional Attorney
Scott Stewart has represented me twice in the last six years, first on a DUI around 2004, and now on a Domestic Voiolence 4th degree. I have found Scott to be personable, professional and seasoned. Scott listens to me, provides me with advise, options and proceeds to the courtroom to execute the plan. He arrives at court with full knowledge of the prosecuters case, works on options with the court in a manner defining confidence and precision. He has given me the best legal representation that I have every had. Scott provides follow up post hearing giving advise and information on how to best carry out the orders of the court. In conclusion, Scott has integrity, if you need an attorney to ease your mind and give you the best possible representation call Scott.. Sincerly Mike

Scott is a fabulous criminal defense attorney
Scott was able to assist me with my case and help me find the best possible resolution. He was concerned with my needs and available to answer all of my questions. He continues to provide me guidance and makes himself available to me at a moments notice. I have worked with other attorneys and wish that I had found Scott before I wasted my money elsewhere. I recommend him and will point others his way when asked for recommendations.

Great Attorney if You're Accused of a Crime
I was accused of Rape and Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Scott aggressively defended me against these false accusations. From the beginning he stood in my corner, fighting this injustice. He, of course, first negotiated a very good plea bargain. However, when I told him that I had not committed the crime and wanted to go to trial he continued working hard at providing an excellent defense. The trial lasted a week. There were many police officer witnesses, and a paramedic and the alleged victim. There was also a 911 tape, broken glass, torn clothes and many photographs. Scott and I met many times prior to the hearing. We used an interpreter to discover information in the 911 tape that the prosecutor didn't understand. Scott used this preparation to examine the prosecution's witnesses. He was able to get the police to admit that they had not done a good jub investigating the case. He was able to get the victim to admit to statements that she made in the background of the 911 tape that hurt the prosecution's case against me. Scott prepared me for my testimony so that I was comfortable and not as nervous as I thought that I would be. He said that I did a very good job with my testimony. The jury only met for a very short time before they declared me Not Guilty of all charges. Scott is a great trial attorney.
