Consultation

Attorney Atkatsh was phenomenally informative and was able to give me perspective into my legal questions. He was personable and practical while laying out law precedent and pros/cons of action. I would recommend him

Hire this Attorney! Best of the very best! Best attorney in the area, while being a good steward of your money!

Over the years before and after my divorce, I have interviewed and hired attorneys at different firms in Western Washington. I wish would have found Russel Atkatsh sooner. He is is a highly-skilled attorney, and is at the top of his game, while leveling the playing field. The best part is, HE IS A GO...OD STEWARD OF YOUR MONEY! The other attorneys assured me they were proficient and changed an expensive retainer... then they would very quickly burn up the cash and ask for more and more. Russell is honest, up front, and is an effective communicator regarding what needs to be done and what options are available. Please learn from my mistakes. Russel Atkatsh is a top-tier attorney who isn't in it for the money, he likes to win, and he does! I'm very please with his skills, personality, core values, willingness to mediate if needed , and his ability to win cases again and again.

Honest and upfront with costs

Attorney represented me on several criminal charges in three different courts that other attorneys wanted to charge me $25,000 for. He did it for less than half of that and took care of all of them getting charges dismissed from two of the courts. Straight forward billing and explained everything s...o I could understand it.

Helped make a complicated situation uncomplicated

I contacted him through my Pre-Paid Legal provider firm on several occasions. Helped me get my case resolved at little cost and is one of the main reasons I am a Pre-Paid Legal member. Very clearly explained the legal issues but also the practical consequences too. The only reason I didn't give hi...m excellent marks for all categories is because there were times where getting in touch with him was difficult but I always had a call back within a day.
