Sandi Pellikaan is an excellent defense attorney (and also proved to be highly effective at expungement). Sandi is knowledgeable, thoughtful, measured and very supportive. Sandi always listened carefully to my thoughts, concerns, opinions and then offered her advice in terms I could easily understand, along with alternatives in a manner I could readily appreciate. Sandi was always timely in her communications about my case, whether directly with me, or with the court/DA's office or any other party involved. Sandi was always empathetic and caring in a very genuine way. Sandi clearly respects the law and the processes by which legal matters are conducted and resolved. Sandi Pellikaan is a outstanding Lawyer she is very good in her field of expertise. It took less that a month for the complete my case that's hung over my head for two decades. I finally feel this huge weight is finally gone. I would strongly recommend her law office to anyone. Thank again Sandi

First Time Expungement
I highly recommend Sandi for expungement matters. When I spoke to her for the first time, she was very helpful and thorough with how the process works. She sent me on my way to get the things I needed to proceed with expungement, and had papers going out no more than a week after meeting her. Prior to speaking to her, I was worried because I spoke to other lawyers who let me know how much they charged and it was just a lot of money. Speaking to other lawyers I felt like they were trying to rush me and just pay up where with Sandi she made sure to explain everything, as well as answering all the questions I had. Thank you again Sandi!

Fast and efficient

Excellent Attorney
I needed to remove old convictions from my report. I called Sandi Pellikan in February 2018. Sandi answered the phone the first time I called. She answered the phone every other time that I called too! She returned all my emails promptly as well. Sandi informed me of the process. She estimated that the process would take 4-6 months to complete. She knew that one county took longer than the other two counties. Sandi told me the cost. She told me she would start making calls right away to get the ball rolling and then again after 3 months to push things along. Sandi did EXACTLY what she said she would do! The fee did not change! Sandi kept in contact with me throughout the process and got the job done exactly as she explained. I could not have chosen a better attorney for the job. Gratefully, Doug K.

Excellent results
Well I hired her to do some expungements she was very convenient we talked on the phone did some emails she told me exactly what was going to cost and what she could do for me. She kept me informed the whole way what the emails and phone calls expunge 5 felony cases and a couple arrest and she got it all cleared up so I got a clear record. Like I said she was very convenient and we did emails with the record so she can look over it and then tell me what she could do for me. So I definitely would recommend her for any expungements people need done.

An Easy and Painless Experience
I needed to find an Attorney that not only knew what they were doing, knew the laws well, and could explain things to me in a way that I could understand everything that could and would happen and how it would all work. These are just some of the things I got with working with Sandi. Sandi helped me so much and was so good at her job that we never even had to meet face to face. We talked over the phone and everything went just as she said it would. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great and painless experience.

a great job and very pleased
i had a felony from back in 1981 that had just popped up 35 yrs later my record was suppose to be sealed when I turned 21 as long as I stayed out of trouble the way it was explained by the judge but i was wrong I live I California now the case was in Oregon I contacted sandi she was great and on the job instantly she got the record sealed in about 3 month's I just received my certified letter and I can honestly say that i'm not a felon now thankyou again sandi for a job well done Damon
