OUTCOME: We won this important search and seizure case

Benigno Class was pulled over for a traffic infraction and found himself prosecuted for a felony in the State of New York. I handled his appeal through the New York court system. We won the appeal at ... the New York Court of Appeals, and the District Attorney appealed to the United States Supreme Court. At the Supreme Court, we lost by the narrowest of margins. However, our fight for the rights of our client was not over by any means. Upon remand to the New York Court of Appeals, we won again.
