August 1, 2014 In 2009, I was rear-ended by another driver while stopped at an intersection. As a result of the collision, I had to endure a multitude of treatments including months of physical therapy, injections, a shoulder surgery and two neck surgeries . Knowing I would need help in recover...ing property losses as well as long-term care costs, I sought out a general attorney for legal help. After a couple of years, this attorney was eager to settle my case through mediation (he was relying very heavily on the medical opinions put forth by the defendant’s doctors). I felt it was a less than favorable amount and wasn't worth all of the agony I had endured. At that time, I began to seek new counsel. After many phone calls, I was referred to Marc Johnston. I found Marc Johnston online and then after our initial meeting hired him to represent me with several insurance companies that should have reimbursed me for my out of pocket costs. I hired Marc after I was hit by a car while out walking my dog. I had serious injuries and Marc came to see me after I called him for an initial consultation.
