Marc A Johnston

This review is for an accident I had back in 2014, but definitely bears writing about, now, in 2020. I had a large SUV pull out in front of me, taking a left-hand turn onto the main thoroughfare, on which, I was travelling at 35 mph, the posted speed limit and could not brake and stop in time before ...colliding into them, in my small sedan. I went to the hospital, as I was 20 weeks pregnant, as per my midwife’s suggestion, and fortunately, had a blood technician that gave me Marc’s name and recommendation. I had an in-person meeting with him and signed the paperwork and got the PIP care required for the neck pain I suffered from the whiplash. The insurance company on their end low-balled us an offer and they (Marc and Karen, his excellent paralegal) wouldn’t stand for it, so they helped negotiate a much higher offer and we succeeded! I really loved working with Karen. She was a dream; very communicative, kind, caring and tough, when need be. The settlement was enough that our budding little family could become first-time home-owners and it was well worth using their services to fight the good fight and pull through in the end. I am ever grateful to Marc and Karen for helping represent me in this crazy hassle with insurance companies who don’t want to dish out when their clients are clearly in the wrong.

From the first day I met Marc I knew he was the attorney for me. He was easy to talk to and confident. Marc defended me when I was T-boned in my car by another driver. My car was totaled and I fractured my neck. I sued the negligible driver’s employer who he was driving for at the time of the collisi...on. Needless to say I am very pleased with the outcome of the case and happy to have worked with Marc. Thank you Marc for making sure I was treated fairly by the insurance company.

I was hit by a driver who ran a red light in Salem, Oregon while I was pregnant and with my 2 year old son in the car, which was completely totaled. I had to wait 7 months to get an MRI (because of the pregnancy) and found out I had a torn disc and joint damage in my lower back. August 1, 2014 In 2009, I was rear-ended by another driver while stopped at an intersection. As a result of the collision, I had to endure a multitude of treatments including months of physical therapy, injections, a shoulder surgery and two neck surgeries .
