Biography
I grew up in the Salt Lake City area. I attended the University of Utah for my undergraduate studies. I recieved Bachelors degrees in Sociology and Political Science, as well as a Minor in Criminology. After graduation I took a year off to Ski and Fish before I moved to Spokane Washington to attend Gonzaga University School of Law.
I graduated cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in the spring of 2005. Subsequently I passed the Washington State Bar in July of 2005. I then moved back to Utah where i began interning at the law firm of Seal and Kennedy. I took and passed the Utah State Bar in February of 2006. I then was then given the position of associate attorney with Seal & Kennedy. I have been activly practicing law in Utah since becomming licensed in April of 2006. In July of 2007 I passed the Wyoming State Bar.
My multiple licenses helps me deal with issues that arise from my many connections I have made in Washington, Utah, and Wyoming. I am activly practicing law in Utah and Wyoming.

Wonderful Lawyer, Great Help
Kelly was a great help in resolving a contract issue. He was very professional, hard working and kept me well informed. The issue was resolved quickly, relieving the stress it was causing for me and my family. I highly recommend Kelly. He is a great lawyer.

Great attorney
Mr. Kennedy did a great job of helping me with my estate planning needs. His prices were much better than many of the big firms down town, and I did not feel like there was any sacrifice in quality of work. I would reccomend Mr. Kennedy to anyone in need of having Estate Planning work done.
