In 2018, I was rear ended in my car while at a stop light and sustained a traumatic brain injury, neck, tooth and back injuries. August 1, 2014 In 2009, I was rear-ended by another driver while stopped at an intersection. As a result of the collision, I had to endure a multitude of treatments including months of physical therapy, injections, a shoulder surgery and two neck surgeries . Knowing I would need help in recover...ing property losses as well as long-term care costs, I sought out a general attorney for legal help. After a couple of years, this attorney was eager to settle my case through mediation (he was relying very heavily on the medical opinions put forth by the defendant’s doctors).
