I was born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, and attended Grants Pass High School from 1991-1995 where I was a standout athlete in football, basketball, and track. I graduated from GPHS with Honors in 1995.
I then attended Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 1995-1996. While at Linfield, I played basketball for the college and focused my studies on Chemistry. I then attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon from 1996-1999, where I played college football and basketball. My 1998-1999 college basketball team ranked second in the nation during the season, won the Conference Championship, and played in the National Tournament. While attending SOU, I worked weekends and summers at a plywood mill in Grants Pass (Stone Forest, later U.S. Forest Products). I graduated with Honors from SOU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology in 1999.
I began working at Roy Dwyer’s personal injury firm as a law clerk in the fall of 1999, where I continued working throughout law school. I attended the University of Oregon School of Law from 2000-2003. While there, I was active in my role as student liaison for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and worked for Lane County Legal Aid representing low-income clients in civil disputes. I graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003, and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar the same year. I now focus my statewide law practice on personal injury litigation, and I'm the primary litigation attorney for the firm.
I live in Bend, Oregon with my wife and two daughters. Aside from spending time with my family, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, hunting, wakeboarding, and playing basketball. I particularly enjoy snowboarding on Mt. Bachelor. Moreover, I also volunteer my time to help the less fortunate in the community, including several Rotary projects, and also serving on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Oregon.

Tim Williams, from the moment I met was a man I instantly liked. I was gravitated to his black-and-white attitude. Sugarcoating nothing. It was a stressful situation and he made it as bearable as possible. Making himself available to me and any questions I might have. (Even over a couple of weekend...

My first impression of Mr. Williams was that he is very well-groomed, courteous and not bad looking. I also quickly learned that he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the law and how to utilize that to my best interest. During each conversation I was always treated with the utmost respect an...
"I heartily endorse Tim Williams. He and I have been opposing counsel several times over the years. He is professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and always pleasant. He's an excellent lawyer, and a great guy to boot!"
"Mr. Williams is a talented trial attorney, hardworking, and an excellent advocate. He also serves as a leader in the local legal community. I endorse this lawyer."
"Tim is as good as it gets. I have defended personal injury cases for insurance companies all across Oregon and Washington for more than a decade. While I enjoy working with Tim, I hate to see new cases with him as my adversary given how talented a lawyer he is. He's smart, tenacious and will never compromise a case without getting the maximum benefit for his clients. I highly encourage anyone who has been injured to call Tim first."
"I worked with Tim from 2005 through 2007. Tim is a smart and effective lawyer who always gets the best results for his clients."
"Tim is a hard working, dedicated and smart attorney. Because he knows the law inside and out, he gets the best outcome for his clients. His commitment to the legal profession and his clients is as good as it gets."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Tim is one of the most qualified litigation attorneys I know. He has litigated more caes than most attorneys with twice the years of practice. He is our lead litigation attorney for our statewide law firm, and has successfully litigated hundereds of cases. He is also the most ethical and hard working attorney I know. Just this morning, I received an e-mail from a mediator giving Tim a glowing review of yesterday's mediation, describing Tim as the best attorney he has ever had at mediation, given his preparedness and tenacity on behalf of his clients. Tim has received similar praise from local judges as well. He is not afraid to go to trial, and has set some records for the largest recent verdicts in the counties. I am proud to call Tim my law partner, and I know that the firm will be in good hands when the day comes that I decide to retire. Our clients are very lucky to have Tim as their attorney, and I feel lucky to have him as my law partner."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I asked Tim to co-counsel with me on a personal injury matter. Tim is simply a fine lawyer and a fine person. He was always competent, gracious, thoughtful, and helpful to me in working to resolve our case. If any member of my family or I was injured and needed a personal injury attorney, Tim would be the first attorney I would recommend and call."
