Biography
I spent more than a decade in journalism before some local attorneys and judges encouraged me to switch careers. Since graduating from law school and passing the bar exam on my first attempt, my practice has been exclusively criminal defense.
In addition to my solo practice in Chico, California, I've also worked in the Mendocino and Solano County Public Defender offices. During those years, I've handled everything from traffic citations to murder cases.

Got my life back

Worst lawyer I'll ever have!!!
Rob Lee was extremely rude to me on my DUI case. He gave me wrong information on this case and another case on purpose. He lied to me saying I could not get a lawyer for cheaper than him. He also lied that I could not get my case dismissed. Guess what..... I DID!!! I also won a case of false arr...

Replied last February 22, 2016I have no idea what this review is about. I think it's from a person I declined to represent because I couldn't understand what they were trying to achieve. I have NEVER told ANYONE that I am the cheapest lawyer in town... and I'm definitely not! There has been no such "grievance" filed and there is no such investigation underway in any of the counties where I practice. No responsible lawyer will advise a potential client that a case will be dismissed without a complete review of the evidence. I always explore the possibilities of Fourth Amendment violations and other grounds for dismissal, and will aggressively pursue motions, but I always tell potential clients that we have to go through the legal process to determine the outcome.
