As a lawyer, I acknowledge that sometimes we make mistakes along the way. However, it is oftentimes difficult for the justice system to differentiate our mistakes from the real crimes. If you made a mistake for which you are now accused of a crime, I can help you. If you have a legal problem, let me help you solve it.
As an attorney and private citizen, I am committed to preserving and broadening our civil rights in Northern California and the United States.
As a citizen, I am philanthropically oriented. The proclamation, "Ask not what your country can do for you" seems to have fallen by the wayside; yet, it is certainly our responsibility to care for each other and ourselves, not that of someone else. The best approach, in my view, is to encourage the undertaking of personal and civic responsibility instead of the discouragement thereof. As a result, I have always been a volunteer in the community.
In addition to our firm's website, please also refer to http://expungementking.com so I can get started cleaning up your criminal record.

Criminal defense practice is the front lines of civil rights enforcement. My goals are twofold: 1. fairness, and 2. government accountability.

The stigma attached to a DUI conviction can be unfairly devastating. In some cases, a compromise can result in a lesser offense or technical oversights during the investigation can result in a full dismissal of charges. It is always beneficial to seek legal counsel in a DUI matter.

Geoff Dulebohn doesn't pull any punches when fighting for his clients. His first priority is the ascertainment of the "triability" of a case in light of the evidence. Even if a client is technically culpable, his next priority is to achieve a fair and efficient resolution of the issue to save the time and resources of the client and the courts. I've seen him obtain tremendous victories for his clients. It's a rare gift to be able to earn the respect of the courts and clients alike. Geoff Dulebohn has that gift.
