Nan is amazing person and great attorney who cares more about clients than money. For my case she went above and beyond to get a good deal for me as well as helped me with other services like providing travel docs as I am on visa and it would be hard for me to travel internationally and come back. Sh...e made sure everything is taken care off. What the other guy mentioned about money, I dont agree she actually is all about money, infact many times I had to remind her that my payment is due.

Nan is definitely the nicest person I have ever met. She took care of my whole case and answered any questions I had right away. It was really convenient to be able to contact her directly rather than an assistant like other lawers. She gives you her personal phone number in order to text or call her... any time. She walked me through the whole process and what the worst case scenario was going to be. In the end the case was resolved with much less. I appreciated having Nan as she carried a lot of weight off of my shoulders. She provides flow charts of the whole process. Every little bit of information is given to you in a file and any question you have can be found in there. It was a lot of information to take in at first but as the datea come closer it becomes easier to understand. Thank you Nan! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a lawer.

Regarding the gentleman who gave 1 star rating, I feel this is just a communication gap or misunderstanding my friend. Nan is very compassionate and brilliant attorney. I would definitely recommend her to you sir or my family/friends.I am aware that she gets many calls every day for advice and she ha...s to refer some to public defender.Due to time constraints she might have asked question related to payment at the beginning.She is very brilliant,committed,hardworking,caring & friendly attorney. Nan was amazing from the first phone call I had with her, to the last text she sent me letting me know everything was finally over. I was a nervous wreck the entire time, but Nan was always there to text me with reassurance. She knew I was a UC student with little time and money, so she worked very h...ard to get me the help I needed. I never had to be inside a court room or look at confusing court documents. She was even there texting me when I was at the DMV and had a question about getting my provisional license. Nan is a lifesaver!

Nan went well above & beyond what I expected to score me the best possible resolution I could have received for my situation (a probable DUI turned to Wet Reckless) - and in the arduous 4 months leading to the final say, her commitment, prowess & drive proved second to none. From the very start, h...er meticulousness and experience came through clearly in her game-plan; using key details (from the situation) and educated predictions of what opposing counsel will push for - and if a detail would be missing (like BAC), she’d constantly inquire to get it (calling DMV several times a week for months). As the case unfolded and situation became complex, she’d quickly adapt and push for the best outcome, while adding series of fallbacks to cover all other cases.
