Samira Nikaein

Samira Nikaein is a distinguished and a seasoned litigator, renowned for her expertise and dedication to justice. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis, before obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Despite facing numerous challenges, including living through the Iranian Revolution and the Iran-Iraq War, as well as immigrating to the United States and overcoming dyslexia, she graduated from law school with twenty years of litigation she went through an extensive training at Harvard Law School for Mediation and Conflict Resolution and founded Legal Mediation Center. .
Ms. Nikaein's commitment to advocacy extends beyond the courtroom. In 2009, she completed Court Appointed Special Advocacy (CASA) training and became a court-certified child advocate in Santa Clara County. Presently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Contra Costa County Court Appointed Child Advocacy since 2021.

Deeply engaged in her community, Ms. Nikaein was one of the founders of the Iranian American Bar Association's (IABA) Northern California Chapter and served as a Director and Board member for three years. She also has shared her insights as a guest speaker at various events, including the International Symposium in 2023, and engagements with organizations such as Santa Clara School of Law, Santa Clara Family Court Services, Maitri, and PARS International TV. Notably, she co-hosted a legal program with the Honorable Judge Susan Etezadi of San Mateo County and served as Vice-President of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for two years in the Walnut Creek school district.

Beyond her legal career, Ms. Nikaein holds a California Real Estate Broker License and a Cosmetology License, which she acquired while in high school. Presently, she is a Certified Yoga instructor and life coach, empowering students worldwide to craft fulfilling lives.
In her leisure time, Ms. Nikaein indulges her passions for travel, tennis, chess, yoga, music, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. Her multifaceted pursuits reflect her zest for life and commitment to holistic well-being.
