Arthur graduated from Lincoln Law School of San Jose in 2007. While in law school, he studied under Federal District Court Judge James Ware as an extern doing research on law and motion, and drafting orders for the court.
When available, Arthur works as a volunteer attorney with Pro Bono Project. He provided legal service helping victims of the domestic violence. Arthur is closely involved with the legal community. He represents of children as minor’s counsel through appointment by the Court. He also participate as a volunteer in Court’s Judge Pro Tem program.
In addition, Arthur has a column with a local Chinese newspaper (www.newsforchinese.com) where he answers general legal questions from the readers. Arthur hosted The Universal FM, FM 92.3 radio station’s Mandarin legal segment in greater bay area. He was a guest speaker for the “Women’s Workshop” in Milpitas, CA where he spoke to a group of audience regarding to Domestic Violence Prevention in November 2009. Arthur is fluent in Mandarin.
Arthur is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United State and the State Bar of California.
