Sharp attorney

Ms. Amato was amazing to work with. She really took the time to understand my case and handled everything quickly. Her attention to detail saved me both time and money, and she kept me updated throughout the whole process. I'm so grateful for her help and highly recommend her!

Caring and Competent

I've used Law Office of Samira Amato for my legal issues a few times. Ms. Amato was the attorney on my cases. First was for my business dispute with my partner and second was my dissolution/nullity action. I was very happy each time. She was very professional, caring, and fair; I was completely satis...fied and pleased with the results of my cases. If I need further legal representation I will for sure use Ms. Amato the future.

Ok attorney but had communication problems

Samira helped me in a very difficult case involving a lot of money and multiple residential properties. I felt that she did not really know the legal issues, but helped me negotiate out of court a satisfactory agreement which I was very happy with. I feel I was over-billed. And now when I try to g...et documents pertaining to the case my requests by email and phone calls are ignored. For my next legal issue I went to someone else.

One of the few good attorneys I have met

I have and worked with other Attorneys prior to hiring Ms. Amato. So I am very familiar with the legal process, attorneys personality and know how. While I anticipated a stressful process, my expectations were exceeded by her knowledge, ability and control over the case, the other attorney and the Co...urt. I would highly recommend her.

Samira was incompetant.She had stated she was skilled. She did not do the simple things required to help our case to a satisfactory conclusion. We are worse off than if we had not used her help. She befriended opposing counsel and allowed him to control the case. She was seen laughing and giggling ...with opposing counsel when she was suppose to be negotiating on our behalf. She did not represent us in a satisfactory manner. If she is the best Sagaria law has to offer I would go else where.
