Replied last March 01, 2023At the onset, I will say I strive very hard for my clients, I put in my best efforts for my clients and I want the best for my clients. With that, I do not compromise on quality of work and time I put in. The service you pick through my website was offered to you based on the Avvo message you sent me. It is unfortunate that you gave me misleading information about your case. When I reviewed your file, I realized the complexity of your ongoing matter and quoted you my fee structure in an email and offered you a full refund of the online service you sought. You declined the refund and asked for the full analysis which involved - (1) review of your file, (2) discussion with your other counsel on the matter, (3) research and analysis of the issue and (4) providing you a second opinion. Ours is a very transparent format. My office does not charge for phone calls towards this service. Since you mentioned that I spent only 5 minutes, I sent you my call log which shows I talked to you for over 127 minutes in aggregate understanding your case. I spent 5-6 hours reviewing your file, researched case laws, analyzed and reviewed the first opinion provided by your other immigration attorney. I also hopped on a zoom call to explain my analysis. Unfortunately you were unhappy as I agreed with your other immigration attorney's analysis of the law. If you were able to find the answers online, there was no need for you to hire 3 attorneys. Yours was a complex case, and I did my best as your attorney researching BIA and Ninth Circuit case laws and explaining what the law says. Once we have completed our work, the fees are earned and no refunds are given. If you pay for an online service and do not wish to proceed with our services, we offer a full refund of any fee or deposit a client pays. Hope this helps with your grievance.
