If you speak English, do not waste your time 1. She does not return your phone call/email or it takes few days to get it 2. She doesn't value yout time. I arrived on time and there were multiple times that she made me wait. She was having a lunch and I have to wait and wait. After that, no apo...logy for being late. Never 3. After visiting another attorney, I have noticed how careless she is. My money is gone but now I know that I will never recommend her to anybody.

I went to a consultation. The consultation was not what I expected. But I didn't realize I was missing so much info until after the consult. When I called back to ask about my consult and ask more questions I was told it would another $100 since so much time had past. I also was advised that apparent...ly there is a time limit to hire her on order for the consult fee to go towards my legal fees if I hired her. The point is I went in and came out with no information that I didn't know I needed to make a decision and I was told I would have to pay another $100 since she didn't remember my scenario to be able to give me a price range. We could have had a good partnership but the lack of handling and taking good notes on our case moved me to not work with this office. All I wanted was a explanation of what would be included in the fees that she was charging. Simple answer. No follow-up after the initial consult. All I know if she couldn't gained $21k for 4 cases and lost it because she chose to charge me another consult instead of waiving it. Bad business practice.

I first met Ji Min when I hired her for my initial DACA application. I was very skeptical of the program at first because I didn't like the idea of putting myself "on the grid" when I had no issues living in the United States, even without status. I heard many false information at the time as well re...garding social security numbers and such. To be frank, I was scared. Long story short, because I didn't go to university right after high school, there was a gap I couldn't cover with school records to prove that I never left the United States between year x and year y, which was one of the requirements. To say that I was very panicked when USCIS hit me with a request for evidence is an understatement. But Ji Min remained calm and helped me brainstorm and find more evidence in creative ways. She encouraged me throughout this stressful period of trying to track down records from many years ago. In the end, it was my puppy's vet records that saved the day. Who would have thought? When I went back to her office to renew my hard earned DACA status, I was honestly surprised that she remembered me and the details of my case! After all, it's been two years and it's not like we kept in touch. That really showed me that she is not only knowledgeable in the law, but that she truly cares for her clients and treats their issues like her own. I am happy to say that I've been renewing my DACA status with Ji Min ever since without any issues. She is such a cool person, and I am grateful to have her counsel. Unlike some people who mislead you by offering less than legit solutions or who simply tell you what you want to hear, I always appreciate her honesty in telling me what's possible and what's not. Because I know that if there is a way, she will find it!

I am forever grateful to have met Ji, she is the most professional and empathetic attorney. My case wasn't the easiest but she reassured me that she was going to do whatever she could to help. She handled my case very efficiently, she would always follow up with me throughout the case via phone calls.... I highly recommend her as an Immigration Attorney.
