I consulted with her to review a urgent matter related to inadmissibility. Had a really bad experience. She will always insist you to make payments first, will never trust you as you will not pay her. For every minute of call you will have you will be charged money. I never ever had other immigration... attorneys charged me for any calls I had with them. She will not give any written answers, once you make payment you will get answers even she is not sure about. What all answers I got all were easily available online and I paid so much money for nothing. Other immigration attorneys not charge you for as many questions you ask them, she will charge you accordingly, so please I will strongly advise everyone to stay away and save your money. I paid first $450 to get a review on my file, to which she said, it is ongoing matter so she would like to talk to my other attorney and she talked to him for 20 mins and charged me $250 more. Now I asked her for analysis and she said its $350 more, and the other $450 I gave to her initially she said is for initial call which was just for 5 minutes, which any other attorney takes for free. Eventually my entire money was wasted with no result and I asked her to refund my money and she denied refund. I am just writing this to help other people decide and make wise decision before hiring her for any immigration matter.

I spent several hours reading reviews of various lawyers and based on her reviews and ratings, I decided to work with Tripti. I had a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE with her and here is some parts of it. I was engaging her for my wife's H4 and EAD. In the initial conversations, I was trying to get some con...firmation about the process of H4 EAD but she WOULD NOT answer a single question and kept insisting that I make a payment first. All I was asking was a confirmation on some basic aspects of H4 EAD but she never answered my questions even though I asked it multiple times. I was put off by this but still decided to purse and made the initial payment of $250. Even after that I had to ask my questions 2 more times before she provided answers in a short form and WOULD NOT TAKE THE TIME to detail the answers for me. CONCLUSION - Money minded and does not care about her clients. Money First, Service last attitude. I set up time to meet her at her office to drop off documents. Since she worked only till 5 or 6pm in the evening, I took time off from work and had confirmed appointment between 1pm and 2pm on a workday. I arrived between the allocated times but her office was LOCKED and she was nowhere to be found. When I called her on her cell, she said she is out for lunch and asked me to just drop off the papers in the mail box. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. I wanted to clarify some aspects of the process (which she never clarified on the mail) but I could not meet her to do so. I still decided to give her the benefit of doubt and continue to work with her which was a BIG MISTAKE. Over the next 2 weeks, I had few questions on the documents she wanted me to provide. She NEVER replied to emails on time, hardly ever answered my calls - Even on weekdays. When I had a set of detailed questions on certain documents, she wanted me to first pay the remaining fees but never attempted to address my concerns. This is possibly the WORST experience I have had with any professional (not just a lawyer). I finally got fed up and wrote to her that I did not want to work with her and sent her a detailed email explaining why. To my utter surprise, she replied saying that it was best we do not work together and never bothered to address the issues I brought to her notice. She even refused to refund the $ 250 saying she has prepared my documents. As a customer I had so many concerns which were not answered. I had no confidence on the documentation that she worked on and it was not of any use to me. CONCLUSION - Arrogant and self-minded UNprofessional. Tripti, I do not care about your apologies now, So do not provide any. You owe me $250. It is not about the how many $ but the fact that you took my money and provided me bad service, gave me a lot of heartburn and in the end you did not even have the grace to end the relationship well. This is the exact opposite of being a professional. Enjoy my $250 that you DID NOT deserve.
