20 minutes in court. DISMISSED

I had been charged with a misdemeanor and a friend recommended Shawn. He is advertised as focusing on DUI cases so I was a little hesitant. However, he had helped my friend who was charged with the same thing I was so I went with him. I count this as one of the best decisions of my life. S...hawn took the time to explain everything. Not a simple task since we do not speak the same language. Luckily, Shawn has a Mandarin translator available at a moments notice. Shawn did a great job describing my options and I give him a retainer. For me, the second best part of this experience was the way Shawn was always available and always answered my messages and questions. Of course, the very best part is hearing the Judge say, CASE DISMISSED.

Representation Without Worry

I had a lot going on during this time of having a DUI charge and Shawn helped alleviate that stress and there was so much weight lifted off my shoulders. He took care of the DMV hearing and communicated clearly and concise. I would absolutely recommend Shawn.

This is who you want

I unfortunately found myself in a heap of trouble with a DUI case, and happened to find Shawn through word of mouth. He guided me through everything I needed to do, both with DMV and criminal court, advised me in what I could start on before even getting to court, and managed to work magic on my beha...lf. He knows everyone involved in these kinds of cases in the court system, since he does this every working day (and I’m guessing even on his days “off”) and that alone pays dividends. He kept his ear to the ground to find the best way forward to minimize the pain, and in my particular case, he managed to get me into the diversion process, the best case scenario. That doesn’t mean the work is done, but now I can breathe again for the first time in over a year. Thanks, Shawn!

Compassionate, knowledgeable, great advocate.

Shawn has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I first spoke to him during an uncertain time, I felt at ease and knew that I had made the right call. He was confident that he could help with my DUI charge and fortunately, he was right. He communicates everything very thoroughly, always keep...s me informed of what's going on and responds quickly when I reach out to him. Over the next year and a half I will have many more interactions with Shawn related to my case and I am just so grateful I found him. During one instance, I let him know I was unhappy with one specific thing and he corrected it right away, did not get defensive, and just said "how can I fix it". He clearly has a passion for his clients and you will feel this way as well when you meet him. I am also very happy with the projected outcome of my case and wouldn't hesitate to hire him should I ever have another legal reason to in the future.

Shawn is best out there!

I called Shawn after being arrested for DUI and he met with me same-day, walked me through every step of the process and checked in with me regularly between the initial hearing and the trial date. He took care of the DMV actions on my behalf and sent screenshots of the submitted documents so I knew ...they were completed. When I was feeling nervous a few days before the trial, he talked about my concerns and on the date the outcome was far better than I ever expected. Not only did he get my DUI school minimized, he got my jail time / work release waived as well - both things I could not do on my own. His customer service even while attending to multiple clients in court and ability to make me feel like I’m in good hands every step of the way was worth every penny.
