I got arrested for the 1st time in my life for something, for which one couldn't even think of getting arrested. The DA did not file charges. I consulted the best attorney in town and he told me it is best to just leave it as is and not contact the DA. I was highly disappointed and stressed because a lot of major future events of my life were put on hold because of this case. Then I somehow got connected to Stephanie and met her. I explained my entire case, then she made some phone calls in front of me, which ended up having a conversation with the DA. She is a gem of a person, the type of person who actually cares about you, as if you are her family. Honestly, I still can't figure out how to reciprocate to her for such a big favor, I owe her.
