As lead counsel of Immigrant Crime and Justice, Karl assists foreign nationals to seek post-conviction relief in criminal courts as well as avoid immigration consequences in pending criminal matters before state superior courts and federal district courts. He has practical experience in all phases of criminal prosecution and defense and has represented clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Immigration Court, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as Deferred Inspections of Customs and Border Protection.
