Incredible results

I hired Marc to represent me because of a felony Child Endangerment and misdemeanor DUI arrest in Fresno. Marc contacted the DMV and the hearing to consider suspending my driver license was set-aside. I am very pleased with this outcome. I also hired Marc to represent me in another legal matter in... Happy with my experience with Marc

I hired Marc Pelta to be my lawyer to represent me in a misdemeanor battery investigation because I was informed by the Fremont Police that I falsely accused of it because I defended my wife and baby son from an aggressive man at the park. Marc contacted the Alameda County District Attorney's Office... for me and persuaded the DA to offer me diversion instead of charging me with a crime. I am happy with the result.

Above And Beyond!

I hired Marc to represent me in a case 4 years ago and he was able to get me some favorable results in a timely manner so that I may go on with my life without too much hassle or any worry. Just recently I was charged with a Domestic Violence charge in San Mateo county and I turned to Marc again for ...some legal help.
