Honest and genuine

I was arrested for a Domestic Violence felony in Kensington, Contra Costa County. Unfortunately, this triggered a CPS investigation. Marc has been guiding me in how to handle it and I am pleased with his advice and guidance. He also represents me in the felony arrest that is pending and hopefully... will not be charged by the District Attorney of Contra Costa.

Marc is knowledgeable and experienced

I hired Marc to represent my son because he was falsely accused in a Felony Domestic Violence-related arrest involving an ex-girlfriend. As a result, multiple DVROs were filed in Alameda and San Francisco counties by both parties. Marc's knowledge and expertise has given our family peace of mind du...ring a very stressful time. Marc also reached out to the DA's office to obtain verification as to whether any charges will be filed and his experience with various court jurisdictions is a plus. So far I am pleased with the services Marc has provided my son. Marc even went the extra mile and agreed to advise him in a pending academic disciplinary process because the issue with the ex involved his graduate school where his is being trained to become a doctor.

Lawyer of the year?

I had a very difficult case… first DUI with a refusal… Marc landed the best settlement possible… I am extremely happy with his post case attention. The courts didn’t take away my license but the dmv did. Marc is working towards helping me get my Interim license so I can legally get to work!
