The real deal - takes care of you; got my case dismissed! (...and rightly so)

So here's the deal - I was falsely arrested for battery at a music festival on Treasure Island after a misunderstanding and some highly overzealous & underpaid security guards decided to take advantage of me. The San Francisco DA prosecuted me and would not let it go. After looking around & goo...gling a ton of Bay Area lawyers, I decided to hire Marc Pelta @ Pelta Law because I wanted someone very experienced and who would be my advocate. Marc Pelta is a former prosecutor and I thought having an ex-prosecutor would help me because it was such a ridiculous situation. Honestly, one of the best decisions I have made. Marc fought for me to get my dismissal despite some issues with the DA not wanting to let the case go. He was successful & got both charges completely dismissed. And he was extremely communicative to me, & calm throughout the whole process. He made one of the worst situations I have ever been in, in my life, completely manageable. Highly recommended, seriously, so grateful for Marc.

Great Lawyer!

"My ex filed a very intimidating petition with the Court for a domestic violence restraining order that includes lies about me and exaggerated other things even though we had a friendly break-up. I was not even sure if I should fight it. Marc Pelta explained to me in a compassionate way how importa...nt it was to fight for my rights. I decided to hire Marc Pelta of Pelta Law instead of other attorneys because I could tell that he had a good plan to defend me, he was experienced and that he actually cared about being successful in my case. He was also very confident he could help me and that meant a lot to me, as well.
