Wonderful Advocate for Me and My Husband

We initially hired Marc more than a year ago for some related Civil Harassment Restraining Order cases against one of us. Marc then provided us with the option to file for restraining orders against the neighbors using Elder Abuse restraining order petitions. Unfortunately, despite Marc good work, ...the judge did not agree with us. Some of the neighbors persisted with the harassment and Marc stuck by us in filing two more Elder Abuse restraining order cases against them. However, even with the stronger evidence, the Judge would not side with us. We feel Marc still did a very good job and that it is not always possible to win cases in court even when a lawyer does his work correctly.

Great lawyer

I was arrested for Spousal Battery/Domestic Violence in Vacaville. I hired Marc Pelta to represent me to the Solano County District Attorney's Office because I wanted to avoid being charged with a crime in court because I am innocent. I was recently informed by Marc that the DA decided not to pros...ecute me. Marc Pelta always answered my emails and texts and kept me informed. He really made me feel better about the whole thing.

Marc is knowledgeable and experienced

I hired Marc to represent my son because he was falsely accused in a Felony Domestic Violence-related arrest involving an ex-girlfriend. As a result, multiple DVROs were filed in Alameda and San Francisco counties by both parties. Marc's knowledge and expertise has given our family peace of mind du...ring a very stressful time. Marc also reached out to the DA's office to obtain verification as to whether any charges will be filed and his experience with various court jurisdictions is a plus. So far I am pleased with the services Marc has provided my son. Marc even went the extra mile and agreed to advise him in a pending academic disciplinary process because the issue with the ex involved his graduate school where his is being trained to become a doctor.

Great Lawyer

I hired Marc to represent me because of a Felony arrest involving an ex-girlfriend in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. Marc contacted the District Attorney for me to find out if they will press charges against me. I also hired Marc because that ex stole my cell phone and filed a baseless Dome...stic Violence Restraining Order against me in Alameda County Superior Court in Hayward. I then felt that I had to file a DVRO in San Francisco Superior Court after which I decided to then hire Marc Pelta to represent me in all of these pending matters. So far I am pleased with the services I have received. Marc even went the extra mile and agreed to advise me in a pending academic disciplinary process because the issue with the ex involved our graduate school where we were being trained to become doctors.
