Best Criminal defense ever

"I was arrested in San Bruno at the Tanforan Mall in San Mateo County because of a false accusation of grand theft, a felony. I was never in trouble before and I was scared that this would affect my employment as a nurse and professional future. I am confident I am in good hands!

I was arrested and charged with DUI in Napa County. I've never been in trouble with the law before and did not know what to do. I just moved here from out-of-state. I found DUI defense lawyer, Marc Pelta, with the help of a website by Martindale Nolo. Even though I could not afford Mr. Pelta when... I met with him, he agreed to hold the discounted price open for me until I was able to gather the funds. I was also pleased that Marc had experienced both defending and prosecuting DUI, and also, that he did not judge me. He let me know that he needed to represent me in both the DMV and Court aspects of the case, even after I told him that I was prepared to represent myself with the DMV hearing. After I got the Public Defender, Marc took over. I have not seen how the case has turned out yet, but so far I am very pleased with Marc's work.

Excellent lawyer!

Hiring Marc Pelta of Pelta Law was the best decision we made in this case. I was arrested on trumped up felony child endangerment charges because i was defending my mother from getting beaten up by some bikers. Marc was compassionate, understanding and listened to our concerns. This was the first ...time i was ever arrested and it was so important that we felt that we had someone on our side who was listening to us and guiding us through this emotionally difficult experience. Marc advised us not to bail out because the DA would let me go in 1-2 days. Marc knew that because he was already in discussions with the DA's Office from Sunday night when it happened. Somehow, Marc knew whom to reach in the DA's Office on the weekend. Marc presented our side -- which the cops did not care to share with the DA. Marc got the police to re-investigate. My mother who was also arrested for the same trumped up reason chose to listen to Marc and was released by the DA with no charges in Court despite the fact that the Court and DA told me she would be charged the next day. We are incredibly grateful that Marc not only guided us how to save a lot of money on bail, but also in persuading the DA to not file felony charges against me and my mother. We are very grateful for criminal defense attorney Marc Pelta's superb legal advice and successful efforts in getting the DA to not file any charges."

He has real experience and knows what exactly he should do

Marc Pelta is a very experienced and knows exactly how to work on a case. He worked on our case and the DA decided not even to file charges in a felony domestic violence case. He is right on time and explains the process. He never missed our call and always calls back if can't respond immediately. N...ot only that he is kind enough to take cases for needed ones without any charging them. I would highly recommend him.
