Marc is the best DUI lawyer

I hired Marc because of a DUI arrest in San Francisco so that he could represent me with the DMV Hearing and in San Francisco Superior Court for the criminal case which so far is looking good for me. I then contacted Marc because of another Vehicle Code issue in Los Angeles County for which he did n...ot charge me additional money and chose to just advise & guide me to handle it.

Speeding over 100mph ticket

I contacted and hired Marc for representation for a speeding ticket over 100MPH in San Mateo County. Marc was professional and prompt with his aid, and my outcome was favorable with only 1 point on my record as opposed to 2. I was pretty concerned when getting this ticket, but having Marc throughout ...this process has been a relief. Overall, though I hope/plan to not need his services in the future, would absolutely retain him again.

Case Dismissed - Thank You

I was facing a Failure to Appear and driving on a suspended license in a court located far away from me. The fine was a few thousand dollars, I was innocent and it was a complicated problem. I was referred to Marc Pelta, a criminal defense attorney in San Francisco, by his former boss from when Mr. P...elta was a prosecutor. Although I gave Mr. Pelta permission to get me a good deal, he insisted that he could get the case dismissed! Even though I was skeptical, I figured that I had no choice. I was amazed and very happy when Marc Pelta called me after court to let me know the good news! "CASE DISMISSED."

Highly recommended!!!

I was referred to Marc from a friend of mine who sought similar representation for a potential traffic conviction. Marc was patient, answered nearly every call that I made to him.
