About Marty
Biography
After serving 12 yeas as a Navy Diver I studied law and devoted my practice to the areas of Elder Law, Veteran's Law, Wills & Trusts. I hold an advanced law degree in Tax Law as well as a Juris Doctorate in general law.
We help many clients each year receive the benefits they have earned through their military service, form the VA.
I am an attorney licensed in CA, Accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and I am admited to the US Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claimes.

Took The Time to Explain it All
I went to Marty in order to have him evaluate a living trust and life estate that had been done by another attorney. Different than I expected
This is not really a review of Marty, but him and his assistn. We met with marty and his assistant, Eracely (not sure of the spelling). They spent a lot of time helping us figure out what we needed. We had met with other Lawyers but we felt at home with Marty and Eracely.
