Daniel Williams is one of the most empathetic persons I have ever met. I have gone through several different attorneys before Mr. Williams took my case.
Divorce and child custody issues have taken over my life until MR. Williams took control of my case and advanced my cause.
I had made many mistakes in the past and have owned up to them. They had plagued my case for two years and my former attorneys kept telling me I had to live with the consequences of what I had done. I was not alone though, my ex had made the same mistakes as myself, only he was smart enough to fly under the radar.
Mr. Williams took the approach of finally getting the court to move forward, rather than looking in the rear view mirror. I finally have solace in my life and have a better relationship with my daughter than I have ever imagined I could have. I even am able to effectively co-parent with my ex, all because Mr. Williams taught me to put the emotion aside and realize that it was not about how much I or my ex get to see our daughter, but how much our daughter gets to see us. Looking at it that way changed my life and he kept telling me thats what it was about and he was right.
I can not thank him enough for turning my life around and getting my daughter back.

Mr. Williams was not a good lawyer for me you did not follow through with any thing I did all the paperwork myself he appear for me one time for a 15 minute hearing and charge me $500 for responding to my emails. Then to top it all off after I had told him to stop working on my case because my husband and I were talking he up and moved out of the area taking the rest of my retainer and not contacting me at all when I finally found him he said that he was to me the bill of what was left of my retainer which is BS because I told him to stop Working on my case

Dan was great. My case was very complex and I had interviewed several attorneys who thought I had no chance of prevailing with a pending criminal complaint and restraining order. Kudos to my public defender who got the charges dismissed and kudos to mr williams who defeated the restraining order. After a year of back and forth mediations, a custody evaluation, and then a trial on the recommendations of the custody evaluator, I have primary physical custody of my children and receive child and spousal support. Wasnt much on the property division as we didnt have much, but Dan really fought for me when nobody else believed me. I would recommend him to anbydy.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I have worked with Dan on multiple cases and found him to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. He is an asset to our legal community, and I have been impressed by his ability to do good work that benefits his clients and yet remain a pleasure for opposing counsel to work with.
