Biography
I have enjoyed practicing law in Saginaw, Michigan for several decades. The laws have changed many times which I view as an opportunity for my clients to protect and preserve their assets, their businesses and benefit their most precious asset, their family.
I attend many continuing education seminars in order to stay current and on the "cutting edge" of the law. This can be an "aggressive" style for a lawyer to maintain, but I will continue to pursue whatever legal means are available to my clients, to the best of my abilities. My goal is to provide my clients with the very best and current legal methods to achieve their goals.
I collaborate with attorneys as part of a national network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Elder Law Attorneys and Business Planning Attorneys. I also co-counsel with fellow attorneys all over Michigan who emphasize different areas of law practice than mine.

Lazy
Could not follow simple instructions of what I needed , had all my paperwork for all most a month then returned it with zero results! I would suggest trying to run a lemonade stand before trying to help clients!

Understanding Wills & Trusts Agreements can be difficult.
Creating a will and trust for your future demise can be not only difficult, but also emotional. Jerome takes the time to explain and define the features of your agreement and never makes you feel inferior for asking questions. He is polite and speaks in layman terms so that you completely understan...

Attorney rating
Mr. Reif prepared all my estate documents, trust, will, and deeds. After signing he recorded and sent me all originals and copies. This was a redoing of past documents following a divorce. He did them promptly and accurately. Have been a satisfied client for many years.
