Trust Setup

We first met with Mark Wight in September to do our estate planning and set up our trusts. We have been very satisfied with Mark and his staff in getting this complicated process completed.

Top Estate Planner in Idaho

When my wife and I moved to Idaho, we researched estate planners and Mark's name was always at the top of the list. After meeting him, we knew he was the best estate planner for us. As Mark helped us set up our trust, he took the time to get to know us, he ask questions, gave us suggestions answe...red our many questions and guided us through the process to have a trust with details that met all of our goals. He is very thorough. This past year Mark helped our daughter set up her will and also helped us with other legal issues. When I have questions, I can call and be confident I will receive the answers and help I need. When changes were needed in our trust, Mark and his team were right there to guide us through the changes. Mark and his associates are professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Excellent Planning

I really like that Mr. Wight can prepare me for the future instead of solving problems after life happens. Sometimes legal documents can get confusing. Mr. Wight and his staff are excellent at explaining things so the average person can understand.

Mark Wight Review

Mark put together our family trust and helped us put together and takes care of our LLC's. He has a yearly meeting to inform us of any changes in either field and works with us to keep everything up to date and in good working order. He and his staff are quick to respond to our questions and conc...erns. Enjoy working with him and depend on him to keep us up to date so that all phases of our business works well.

Great Estate Planning Knowledge

Mark was very knowledgeable in setting up a trust for my husband and myself. Since losing my husband a few years ago, he has kept me informed and has my best interests in mind when advising me. Mark is trustworthy and I feel confident in the decisions that he has helped me make as I am getting old...er.
