Although he's undoubtedly the most competent estate planning attorney in Maryland, Mr. Campbell has never been one to rest on his reputation. Indeed, Mr. Campbell treats each of his clients with a level of care and attention typically reserved for family. Unquestionably, I would recommend Mr. Cam...

Frank Campbell and his colleagues are really terrific. Imagine attorneys who are obviously extraordinarily competent and such fine human beings that it feels like a true privilege to be working with them. These folks are fair (you'll never be urged to do something unless it really makes sense), tho...

WE ORIGINALLY HAD OUR TRUST/WILL/POWER OF ATTORNEY/LIVING WILL DONE ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. HE WAS CLEARLY THE BEST WE WORKED WITH [WE HAD TALKED WITH 3-4 OTHERS]. HE WAS PATIENT, REPSONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. WE ALSO RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS. RECENTLY, WE WENT BACK TO GET EVERYTHING RE...
"I highly recommend Frank Campbell for anyone who needs an estate plan. Planning your estate to insures that your wishes are carried out and the government doesn't end up with more than the law allows can be complicated. Frank Campbell will make sure that your assets end up with who you want, when you want and how you want. And he'll do it in an uncomplicated way so you'll know exactly what he's doing for you. Frank's also a very likable guy who won't try to impress you with a bunch of legal jargon. You can learn a lot about him and his legal philosophy on his firm's website, so I'd suggest you start there and then give him a call to discuss how he can help you with your estate planning needs."
"Frank and I met recently at an estate planning event. He's a great guy and it's clear that he's passionate about what he does. Frank's friendly and approachable with tons of great energy! Thanks for all your input, Frank!!"
"Frank is an excellent Estate Planning attorney that has a background in complex tax issues. He is always a pleasure to work with and a wonderful person."
"I highly recommend Frank for estate planning - an important and complicated area of law. I trust him with my clients', as well as my own, estate planning needs."
"I recently had the opportunity to work with Frank on a matter in the Kansas City Area. He not only impressed me with his knowledge in estate and tax planning but more importantly, he showed me that he knows how to listen to his clients. That all too rare quality puts Frank a cut above his peers. I highly recommend Frank."
"I met Frank at an estate planning conference recently and we became fast friends, as well as professional colleagues. I was extremely impressed with the depth of his technical legal knowledge and his unique ability to communicate that knowledge in a non-technical manner. This is a rare gift, especially when it comes to the subject of estate planning. I believe Frank sharpened this skill while serving as an active duty Marine Corps officer. When one is responsible for the lives of those under his command, there can be no miscommunication. I highly recommend Frank Campbell to anyone seeking an estate planning attorney who has impeccable integrity and ability, with a caring, personal touch."
"It is easy to endorse Frank Campbell, not only has he demonstrated a strong commitment to practice in the area of estate planning, as is evidenced by having earned an Masters of Tax law (LLM), and active membership in WealthCounsel, but he is also a hero, having served honorably in the USMC as a Jag Officer before making the leap to private practice. If you are in the Annapolis area the only attorney you need to talk to for your estate planning matters is Frank."
