I Highly Recommend Brian Skibby, Esq.
If you are reading this review, then you are debating if you need an attorney for your legal situation you now face. Yes you do, and, the good news is that you needn't look any further. Brian got my case dismissed. Now, every case is different, but, the reason my case was dismissed is because the D.A.'s Office knows and "Respects" Brian. And, why does the D.A.'s Office feel this way towards Brian? Brian is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable attorney whom will work tirelessly for you. These attributes of Brian's is exactly what you want for you. Don't make the mistake of waiting, call Brian now. Brian has a gazillion numbers to reach him at. He "Always" gets back to you within a reasonable time. I was "Always" able to reach Brian and get a very timely response via email, walk-in and see him in his office, and via the phone. I'm disabled so I am not a rich man; however, Brian's rates are extremely fair and reasonable and he worked payments with me. I am indebted to Brian.

I am facing an illegal sale of fireworks charge and have called multiple attorneys all across the Inland Empire, LA and OC for help with this case. Brian is easy to communicate with, dependable and very competent in law. Amazing work?
I hired Mr. Skibby for a ticket I couldn't appear for. after the work he did and the results he got I can honestly say that I wish I could have hired him for all my other cases. his pricing couldn't have been better and he also took the case practically the same day I had to appear since a larger firm had delayed their response and wanted me to take a Failure To Appear. I recommend him highly and without a doubt.

Excellent traffic case attorney
Mr. Skibby has been extremely helpful on several traffic related issues for my family. He has handled all the appearances in the Victorville court house and saved me the hassle of appearing there. Do not hesitate to hire Mr. Brian Skibby
I had hired Mr. Skibby for a violation probation and was looking at facing some time. Mr. Skibby delivered what he promised. I only received a $260 fine and my probation was reinstated. I faced NO jail time. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He replies to all calls and emails and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Great Job Brian
When I received a one year license suspension for DUI, I got a hold of Brian Skibby, I found him on the Internet. Brian got the suspension reduced from a year to a month, plus 5 months restricted to driving for work related activities. The field breathalizer test result was .09, the drawn blood result was .10 - both results were over the legal limit. Somehow Brian managed to get the charges reduced to wet and reckless. I never had to appear in any court, and he kept me informed every step along the way. The money that I saved from the lower fine and lower insurance costs, due to the reduced conviction, more than covers his legal fee. Brian did a great job for me, he has my thanks and my recommendaton.

Helped me change my life
From start to finish Brian was so supportive and did Everything he possible could for me. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening and kept in contact with me even if we weren't hearing anything. IMPRESSIVE knowledge and integrity
I grew up a fairly rebellious Outlaw in OC, and not a very good one judging by my arrest records and prison terms, including a prior strike. I have seen and spent thousands of dollars on an assortment of Lawyers over the past 27 years. Mostly ,but not all, con-men themselves. Skibby is the "real deal" . He's the kind of man we should all strive to be. Such an honest man he makes you want to puke. The guy is incredibly intelligent and looks right through all the B.S. If your looking for an Attorney you lie to, Brians not for you. Easily worth 5 times what I paid him!

Worries put to ease
Upon first speaking with Mr.Skibby he made a very stressful and embarrassing situation calming and set me at ease. Not only was he polite and respectful, he worked out a very reasonable payment plan with me. very personable & obviously knowledgable
After suffering from a very excruciating back injury, I subsequently missed a handful of court appointments deriving from my immobility. In spite of being a general ass pain to get in contact with, the good counselor stayed atop my case and skillfully negotiated a beneficial plea in my favor. Considering the aggregate failure to appears and possible outcome otherwise, I feel much blessed making out of it as I have. Very good legal counsel.

Excellent Felony Expungement Lawyer
I had two felony cases I wanted to have expunged. I spoke to several lawyers that said it could'nt be done. Brian actually listened to what I had to say. We new it was'nt going to be easy but went for it any way. He came up with a game plan. We went to court twice and had them both expunged. I could'nt be happier. I would use him again for sure.

Out of State Felony DUI
Brian, did a exceptional job on a Felony DUI case. He was able to mitigate the terms to 3 years Probation, Compact Interstate aggreement. He was outstanding getting to this result. He kept the issues simple and to the point. I would and will use his services again. 5 months to go on Probation. I highly recommend him, very cool and collected attorney. I think he'd do a super job in working a Felony expungement.
