I have been exclusively practicing criminal law for over 25 years and am just as every bit as passionate as I was when I first began my career as a prosecutor. I am devoted to my clients who face criminal charges big or small, and believe everyone is entitled to a strong defense.
I graduated from University of Southern California in 1996 with a double major in Political Science and International Relations. I began law school at McGeorge School of Law that same year and graduated in 1999. The same year, I successfully passed the California State Bar Exam on my first try. Before I learned I had passed the bar, I clerked at the Orange District Attorney's Office as a Certified Senior Law Clerk. Upon passing the Bar, I was offered a position as a Deputy District Attorney.
During my almost six years as a Deputy District Attorney, I prosecuted all types of criminal cases from filing to jury or court trial. My time here was invaluable, gaining unparalleled experience, interacting with the judiciary, attorneys, law enforcement, investigators, and court staff. The relationships I forged are still intact today. In the criminal law world, relationships can often make or break a case. Contrary to what is perceived from movies or television, many prosecutors and attorneys are cordial and friendly with each other. This enables me to obtain the most outstanding results for my clients. This does not mean there aren't any fights or conflicts in the name of justice--there is plenty of these to go around when the moment demands it.
I have just passed my 25th Anniversary of being an attorney and my devotion to my clients has only intensified. I am still constantly inspired to help my clients in their time of need, and am fueled to help preserve their future. My experience, training, and expertise will be on display for every client in their time of need.

10 OUT OF 10 Would 100% Hire Jennifer if I ever needed to again. Had a warrant without my knowledge and almost lost my job. Within 48 hours she saved my job, got rid of my warrant, and kept me out of jail. I never once had to talk to a judge or step foot in a courtroom. She did everything for me, all...

Best decision I made was hire Jennifer. She stayed by my side for 3 years to finally come to the best outcome possible.
"As a former prosecutor and fellow colleague I have had the opportunity to see many appropriate responses to not so simple criminal defense questions that exemplify strong legal knowledge and skill. Very qualified."
"I have known Jennifer for over 10 years. Starting from when she was a young deputy district attorney until now in private practice. In every instance she shows herself to be professional and capable. Jennifer puts her clients first!"
"I have known Jennifer for many years-first when she was a District Attorney then as a Defense Attorney. I myself have practiced criminal law for almost 20 years. Jennifer and I were also co-counsel on a serious case together representing co-defendants. Jennifer is a tough, relentless lawyer who doesn't stop until she gets the best result for her client- I have seen this first hand. Her knowledge of the system from both sides is very helpful in this regard. As such, I would enthusiastically recommend her for any criminal matter."
"I have known Jennifer since she was a prosecutor in the Orange County District Attorney's office. Since leaving the DA's office she has focused her practice on criminal defense. The criminal defnese bar is fortunte to have someone of her caliber, especailly as it relates to representing the Vietnamese community."
"I have worked with Jennifer as both a fellow Deputy District Attorney and now criminal defense attorney. She is a talented lawyer who works hard for her clients. I highly recommend her."
"I endorse this lawyer. If any friends or family had the misfortune ofbeing dragged through the criminal justice system, whether as a victim or defendant, I would not hesitate to refer them to Jennifer Le. She is aggressive, intelligent, and will fight passionately for her clients."
"Jennifer and I worked together for years in the Orange County District Attorney's Office. I was always amazed by her preparation and trial skill. You will not find a better criminal defense lawyer in Orange County. I endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jennifer Diem-Trang Le is nationally recognized as a top criminal defense lawyer. Her experience and skill as a trial attorney are unmatched."
"Ms. Le is a great asset to both the Vietnamese community and the criminal defense bar. As a former District Attorney she has a wealth of information that enables her to obtain great results for her clients."
"Jennifer is an experienced criminal defense attorney who handles all types of criminal matters including even the most serious and complex cases. I have known Jennifer for many years, back when she was a District Attorney and I was a Public Defender, and she has always been professional, realistic and an aggressive advocate. I recommend Jennifer as another outstanding lawyer in the field."
