Anthony Patrick Radogna

My case contained a lot of traumatic and sensitive material. Mr. Radogna faced my emotions with empathy and rationale. I was very lucky to have him help me through my Moral Application process. I have been successfully approved and was not required have a hearing after a further inquiry was sent. Mr.... Radogna helped me put together all the relevant materials and figure out who to contact to respond to the inquiries that were sent. I would definitely recommend him because he is well versed in the law of professional responsibility as well as the politics and inside view of how these processes work. While I was afraid of a hearing, I knew he would prepare me well and I would have easily and seamlessly been able to tell my story without crying.

Anthony represented me against the state for a complaint. He was always available for me to talk to. I tried representing myself and that didn’t go well. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Being wrongfully accused by someone who makes unfounded accusations is more than stressful. "Anthony was an amazing help in obtaining a positive Moral Character determination. Anthony agreed to meet me for the first time on a Saturday, as that was the best time for me. He had other obligations that day with his family but he made it a priority to meet with me for a few hours. I was blown aw...ay by his willingness to put his obligations on hold in order to meet with a first-time client. He even drove out of his way to meet me so I did not have to drive too far. About a year ago, I received a letter from the state bar investigations division. !!!!! I called Anthony, and he laid out the best and worse case scenarios (which were not as bad as I initially feared), then he got to work. In less than two weeks the inquiry was closed, something that I believe would... have taken months had he not been involved. He was professional, re-assuring, and most importantly, effective.
