Ms. Boyd took on my case near trial. I did not have confidence in my prior attorney and after consulting with Ms. Boyd I hired her on the spot. Watch out! I hired Karie Boyd and never even saw or met her. She had one of her Jr. Associates assist in my complicated case. Well after 25,000 K dollars later, I discovered she had been ripping me off and fired her immediately. I attempted to contact her on many occasions and she would not give ...me the time of day. Remember I hired her. I finally spoke to her and she said I had 10 minutes. Yep, 10 minutes. That was a hell of an expensive 10 minutes. Anyhow, She over charged me over and over again and even after i brought it to the many office managers, because of the over turn, none of them would listen or do anything about it. She charged me 185 dollars an hour for $125 an hour contract. She charged me 25 dollars for 1 copy and sometimes 15 cents. She double billed me for phone calls and " letters" and would not consult with the associate she gave me to give him correct information and law about my specific case. Well I filed for arbitration. Funny thing was after fighting with her for over a year about my over charges and would do nothing, When i go to arbitration she gave me a credit. Not nearly the credit I was seeking so i went on with the arbitration and am waiting for the outcome now. She is rude and thinks she is so knowledgeable and thinks her time with worth way more than mine. Don't hire her!!!!!!!!
