I retained Anthony almost a week and a half before my informal conference with the State Bar in their San Francisco location. Without going into too much detail regarding my circumstances, my situation was tricky. I had academic issues in undergraduate, which I initially failed to disclose in my law ...school application. My moral character application had been pending under review for at least 6-7 months. I was extremely nervous about the informal conference, but Anthony immediately made me feel comfortable. He prepared me via two phone calls, where he asked me questions he believed the Bar would ask me, and explained the entire process in detail. He also flew from SoCal to San Francisco to attend the conference with me. I felt prepared going into the conference. Ultimately, I was admitted to the Bar and I credit this to Anthony. He is an incredible attorney who will prepare you for the challenging process that is navigating the State Bar.

When faced with a State Bar Complaint, every attorney should not only take it seriously, but put it in the hands of someone you can trust your business with. This is your career and how you survive we are talking about. Abraham Lincoln is credited with stating “[they] who represents [them]selves has... a fool for a client”… this also rings true when facing the State Bar. I'd give more stars if I could. I am writing this reivew to help anyone who may need Anthony's services in the future. I'm not generally one who uses reivews to help me hire people or to choose restaurants. But if you are reading this review, I would absoltuely recommend hiring Anthony as your la...wyer to defend against a State Bar Complaint. My partner and I received our first Sate Bar complaint from a former client and we were shocked, to say the least. We discussed handling it on our own, but decided to hire Anthony for two reasons: i) he was referred by a friend and ii) he has a well-respected, unique background with the State Bar. I found his experience as a former investigator to be invaluable in working out our issue. He was able to speak with the investigators in a language we did not understand, and drill down on whatever the main issue was to resolve our complaint. In addition to doing great work, Anthony is very, very responsive. I would contact (i.e. harass) him with tons of questions becuase I was upset, nervous and scared that the Compalint would damage my reputation. Anthony was patient with me (even though he didn't need to) and answered every one of my questions in a reasonable, profesionall and respectful manner. Our case was ultimately thrown out, which came as a huge relief. I credit this decision entirely to Anthony's hard work and dedication to our case. He actually made me feel like he cared about getting the case dismiss, which is more than I can say about a lot of my colleagues. I'm not writing this review becuase he asked me to. I thought it would help anyone who is looking at this reivew to know what they are getting into. In the event I have another discipline issue (which I pray I never do), Anthony will be the first person I call.
