Sara Azari

Sara Azari jumped right into my General Court-Martial for Attempted Rape and Indecent Assault within minutes of our first conversation. Her military court knowledge and etiquette matched that of the government's and on the day of the findings she had the judge so convinced of my innocence that he scolded the prosecution for, to paraphrase, wasting everyone's time. The case was one which, unfortunately, happens too often (especially in the military); my accuser got caught cheating on her boyfriend with me. I need't say more if this is your situation... other than go with Sara! The Air Force was trying their best to make an example. Sara showed through her comprehensive examinations, fierce cross-examinations, and the raw data provided by her investigator, the only reasonable doubt left to consider was that of the accuser's sanity. She honestly made the prosecution and accuser look ridiculous; and that gave me a feeling of at least partial vindication.

Back in 2005 I used Sara Azari for a criminal case. Sara worked with my financial situation and did not sugar coat anything that might or might not happen in the case. I spoke with several attorneys that were offering me the stars and time in jail while Sara told me what will more then likely happen and gave me great advice on what I should do in order to help me case along. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and had a wonderful staff. Everytime I called in to the attorneys office I was able to speak directly with Sara and she knew everything about my case. I did not feel like a number. By the end of the entire thing I ended up simply completely community service and she got the entire case dismissed. Although my situation was unique because of my past and the actual facts about the case rather then the accusations coming from the complainant, I still feel that If I never found her, then I would have ended up with a record that was unjust. Sara was easy to work with, friendly and willing to answer the myriad of questions I had regarding my case. I have never needed a lawyer before and Sara went out of her way to calm me down and help me to understand what was likely to happen and how to best handle my situation. I am reading all these success reviews and perhaps mine is Attorney Sara's only court loss. She's good looking and she's expensive. Mine was a first time misdemeanor case that received the highest punishment. I certainly did not receive what she promised me but then, I also understand that she's not the judge. I did the crime and did my time even though I hired this expensive attorney. She over promised and under delivered. The reality of life is we win some and lose some. She lost this one. Badly too!

My experience with this woman was an absolute nightmare. She sounded great until she got our money, then it was as if we were playing on different teams. She treated us as though we were her subordinates and working for her instead of it being the other way around. We hired her to defend my son and she never even took the time to meet with him once, never even spoke to him on the phone. We paid her in advance a flat fee which she did not honor and withdrew from the case because we refused to pay her more money. We had a contract and she did not honor it. If there are any oversights on her part she will blame you and is never responsible. She may know the law, but her people skills are absolutely abhorrent . This was by far the worst experience with someone who claims to be a professional I've ever had. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

Ms. Azari only met with me 2 times in the almost 6 months since she was hired for my case. I was 'promised' much and very little was delivered. I felt as though the paralegal was my actual lawyer.

BEWARE of this attorney, I hired her off the bat i got bad vibes. once I hired her she wanted me to pay for more attorneys and her paralegal,her pi which is the only other person here whom has left a review edsolis. All she is going to do is ask for more money for your case, the way she went about my legal defense did not make sense to me so I fired her. she is a good talker so dont get fooled by her ways of talking to you . you will regret it. SARA WILL TAKE YOU FOR AS MUCH MONEY AS SHE CAN WHILE NOT CARING ABOUT YOUR CASE. TRUST ME YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
