Anthony Patrick Radogna

I cannot express how grateful I am to Mr. Radogna. He helped negotiate a very complex and arcane complaint. He was always accessible and willing to discuss my case. Mr. Radogna really helped me through a year long process - a very stressful process that took a toll. However, I am very lucky to have b...een represented by Anthony. His representation is incomparable.

I'd give more stars if I could. I am writing this reivew to help anyone who may need Anthony's services in the future. I'm not generally one who uses reivews to help me hire people or to choose restaurants. But if you are reading this review, I would absoltuely recommend hiring Anthony as your la...wyer to defend against a State Bar Complaint. My partner and I received our first Sate Bar complaint from a former client and we were shocked, to say the least. We discussed handling it on our own, but decided to hire Anthony for two reasons: i) he was referred by a friend and ii) he has a well-respected, unique background with the State Bar. I found his experience as a former investigator to be invaluable in working out our issue. He was able to speak with the investigators in a language we did not understand, and drill down on whatever the main issue was to resolve our complaint. In addition to doing great work, Anthony is very, very responsive. I would contact (i.e. harass) him with tons of questions becuase I was upset, nervous and scared that the Compalint would damage my reputation. Anthony was patient with me (even though he didn't need to) and answered every one of my questions in a reasonable, profesionall and respectful manner. Our case was ultimately thrown out, which came as a huge relief. I credit this decision entirely to Anthony's hard work and dedication to our case. He actually made me feel like he cared about getting the case dismiss, which is more than I can say about a lot of my colleagues. I'm not writing this review becuase he asked me to. I thought it would help anyone who is looking at this reivew to know what they are getting into. In the event I have another discipline issue (which I pray I never do), Anthony will be the first person I call.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Being wrongfully accused by someone who makes unfounded accusations is more than stressful. The process works against the professional who acted in good faith and the system forces one to prove their innocence. The accusers has nothing to lose!!! Anthony's dept...h of knowledge and careful guidance exposed the falsehoods and the matter was quickly dismissed. It is very refreshing and welcome to have a professional who knows the system and fights for justice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Anthony Radogna is truly an exceptional attorney with real integrity! He is honest, highly motivated, and possesses tangibles that most lawyers I have dealt with in the past lack. We found ourselves in a $23,000.00 dollar contract dispute that jeopardized the successful start- up of our first busine...ss. We were supposedly approved for a lease to fund the build of our Mobile Catering Truck in which we had to place a deposit. Upon them receiving our funds we got the complete run around. After months of excuses we finally tried to exercise the return of our deposit per the contract agreement. Again, more excuses and lies thus resulting in us having no other choice but to find help. No attorney wanted to take on our case citing that this was a “100%” typical case of new fraud going on in this industry and even if we ended up with a judgment, the chances on collecting were slim to none. Mr. Radogna shared the same concerns but was willing to use some of his expertise in an attempt to assist us and keep us from having to go to court. His background in investigation produced fraudulent activity in the owners past. Mr. Radogna didn’t pass our case off to assistants; he front lined it himself, went to the place of business and dealt with an aggressive individual face to face. Mr. Radogna met his threats head on and dealt with his attorney swiftly producing positive results as they realized that we were not going away without a fight. While we were unable to get them to budge a little, Mr. Radogna was able to convince them to comply without us having to enter a court room or losing more money in court/attorney fees. Although we lost money due to our truck not being built on schedule, we were able to avoid losing the money we sent and we have been able to finally get our truck into production. We were completely caught off guard and could have ultimately lost our dream entirely. Thanks to Anthony, our dream will come true and we still know that he is willing to pursue compensation for lost wages in the future once we have got our business off the ground. I will recommend Mr. Radogna to represent anyone I care about because I know his integrity, his work ethic, and passion first hand.
