I've worked with other State Bar attorneys in the past and they are loathe to give you the lowdown on how things work behind the scenes and to strategize. Anthony, on the other hand, was very open about how things work behind the scenes and how to best increase your chances of success. He never mad...e me feel hurried. Plus, he was affordable and did a great job for me on relatively short notice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would advise that you hire him before you respond to the State Bar.

I received an inquiry letter from the CA Bar. Instead of initially submitting a claim through my insurance carrier, I let my ego get the better of me and tried to handle it myself. BIG MISTAKE. Don't let your own ego get the best of you - like it did with me. Mr. Radogna focuses on CA Bar defense... - I don't - he knows and understands the process and how to resolve matters without further escalation, and ultimately reach a positive resolution - which was the final result in my case. By the way, I then contacted my carrier for financial coverage of this matter and my carrier wanted to assign its own panel defense counsel - who happened to be a legal malpractice attorney. I declined the carrier's choice because the defense attorney had limited experience in specifically handling CA Bar cases. After thorough research and discovering Mr. Radogna, I then interviewed him personally - which was more of a cross-examination as opposed to a general Q & A. He was the right choice - Period!
