I have had the good fortune to work together with Mark on several cases. I was recently retained by Mark as an expert witness in a very complex legal malpractice case. While I knew that Mark has a brilliant legal mind, I was so impressed with his passion, meticulous preparation, attention to detail and how he was able to simplify complicated, complex facts and legal principles into a coherent trial plan. Mark labored diligently, and it became obvious to me that no fact was too obscure to attract his full attention. Mark also is very adept at utilizing courtroom technology to communicate his clients’ story in a crystal clear, easy to understand and compelling way. His assiduousness resulted in his mastery of the court room, and it was apparent that he earned respect, even admiration of his peers, judges and the jury members. In short, I highly endorse Mark as a great trial lawyer based upon his recognized success, excellence, expertise, service, and innovation.

I was privileged to assist Mark as an expert witness in a complex professional malpractice case. I was impress throughout by Mark's professionalism - his preparation; planning; organization; research; ethics; procedural and substantive legal knowledge; communication skills; and follow-up. Strategically and tactically, he was open-minded, flexible, experienced and intelligent. I thought he made an excellent impression on the jury. He is one of the finest litigating attorneys I have encountered in my 40 years of professional practice.
