Anthony Patrick Radogna

I hired Anthony Radogna after consulting with him for CA State Bar defense. Mr. Radogna gave me the confidence to hire him after discussing the legal issues. I consulted with other attorneys, but his approach and understanding of the process made me feel secure. I faced multiple bar complaints, had t...he most aggressive investigator (that’s what all the lawyers I consulted with said), and needed to keep my license especially since there were close calls for the bar. Mr. Radogna was able to explain to the bar my defenses, and guided the other legal issues appropriately for potential further litigation. There were many issues to deal with in each complaint, and he successfully defended me. He knows the law and procedure and that kept me at ease even though having these issues hanging over your head is tough. I didn’t know who to hire, but I am glad I hired him and believe attorneys dealing with an investigation should consult with Anthony at a minimum. The communication was excellent, and the legal fees were reasonable. He certainly knows how the bar operates and what steps to take and not take. I highly recommend that anyone needing an attorney hire Mr. Radogna. Don’t try defending yourself. I know we are attorneys, but don’t risk inadvertently taking a wrong step.

When I had doubts about what to do after getting a letter from the State Bar, I called my good friend Anthony for advice and he saw the whole thing through and got me a complete dismissal and had the case closed. Even though we're attorneys and we can handle most cases clients bring to us, handling... your own case just feels different. That's when you should call Anthony and have him do what he's best at. My case contained a lot of traumatic and sensitive material. Mr. Radogna faced my emotions with empathy and rationale. I was very lucky to have him help me through my Moral Application process. I have been successfully approved and was not required have a hearing after a further inquiry was sent. Mr.... Radogna helped me put together all the relevant materials and figure out who to contact to respond to the inquiries that were sent. I would definitely recommend him because he is well versed in the law of professional responsibility as well as the politics and inside view of how these processes work. While I was afraid of a hearing, I knew he would prepare me well and I would have easily and seamlessly been able to tell my story without crying.

About a year ago, I received a letter from the state bar investigations division. !!!!! I called Anthony, and he laid out the best and worse case scenarios (which were not as bad as I initially feared), then he got to work. In less than two weeks the inquiry was closed, something that I believe would... have taken months had he not been involved. He was professional, re-assuring, and most importantly, effective. While I don't plan on being in need of his services again, if I ever am Anthony will be my first call. I recommend him to any attorney facing disciplinary action by the state bar.

I had an issue to discuss on my California Bar Moral Character Application. I wasn't sure how, or if it needed addressed. When I first called Mr. Radogna, he promptly called me back while on a break from a courtroom appearance he was making. He helped me understand the Moral Character Application, the issue I had, and helped me properly document it to the Bar. Mr. Radogna's counsel and assistance put my mind at ease, because the issue was not a serious as I thought, and enabled me to properly support my Moral Character Application. My Moral Character Application was approved without further questions from the Bar. When I get licensed and begin practicing law, I would strive to be as effective at providing guidance and reassurance to clients as Mr. Radogna did for me.
