Unfortunately, I have been subject to two bar reviews. In both instances, Anthony represented me with both matters closed after initial responses prepared by Anthony. He knows and understands the Bar process and procedures. He understands the nuances of the investigative process and counsels keeps... his clients away from potential pitfalls that may not seem obvious to someone unfamiliar with these types of matters. Don't handle these matters yourself. Hire counsel. More particularly, hire Anthony Radogna.

I received an inquiry letter from the CA Bar. Instead of initially submitting a claim through my insurance carrier, I let my ego get the better of me and tried to handle it myself. BIG MISTAKE. Don't let your own ego get the best of you - like it did with me. Mr. Radogna focuses on CA Bar defense... - I don't - he knows and understands the process and how to resolve matters without further escalation, and ultimately reach a positive resolution - which was the final result in my case. By the way, I then contacted my carrier for financial coverage of this matter and my carrier wanted to assign its own panel defense counsel - who happened to be a legal malpractice attorney. I declined the carrier's choice because the defense attorney had limited experience in specifically handling CA Bar cases. After thorough research and discovering Mr. Radogna, I then interviewed him personally - which was more of a cross-examination as opposed to a general Q & A. He was the right choice - Period!

The moment I read the complaint letter from the State Bar i had a panic attack. I immediately contacted Mr. Radogna and consulted with him via telephone regarding the complaint. I hired Anthony Radogna after consulting with him for CA State Bar defense. Mr. Radogna gave me the confidence to hire him after discussing the legal issues. I consulted with other attorneys, but his approach and understanding of the process made me feel secure. I faced multiple bar complaints, had t...he most aggressive investigator (that’s what all the lawyers I consulted with said), and needed to keep my license especially since there were close calls for the bar. Mr. Radogna was able to explain to the bar my defenses, and guided the other legal issues appropriately for potential further litigation. There were many issues to deal with in each complaint, and he successfully defended me.
