I initially purchased the lawsuit kit from his website and was blown away by it, everything was well researched, easy to understand, and helped me get through a small claims case against my landlord. HORRIBLE !!!!!
Miscommunication. Terrible advice. 2 clerks and the advice attorney at the courthouse knew him and advised me to get a "real " lawyer. Paperwork was all WRONG. Ken is SUPER RUDE, IMPATIENT, CONDESCENDING. I was not able to get the information I needed not even close. Lost my case and it ruined my lif...
